Transport Central: Civil Rights

Transport Central operates without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the other statutes and authorities that prohibit discrimination in Federally assisted programs and activities. Any person who believes they have been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice may file a complaint with Transport Central.

ADA Compliance, Reasonable Modification, and Service Animals

Transport Central is committed to ensuring equal access and opportunities for all passengers, including individuals with disabilities. We are dedicated to providing reasonable modifications to our services, policies, and procedures to accommodate your needs.

Reasonable Modifications and Accommodations
If you require a special accommodation or assistance, please inform us when you call to request transportation. Our drivers can provide support from door to door, but are unable to enter your home or any facility due to insurance regulations. You are welcome to bring a support person with you on your trip—just let us know at the time of your reservation.

Service Animals
Passengers with disabilities may travel with their service animals. Service animals are allowed to accompany you in our vehicles and do not require special documentation. Please inform us during your booking if you will be bringing a service animal so we can ensure the appropriate arrangements.

Complaint Procedure
We value your feedback. If you have a concern about our services or believe that your request for a reasonable modification has been denied, we encourage you to contact us at 855-654-3200. We will review all complaints promptly and take appropriate steps to address them.
